This is the only vet practice we trust for our very-loved golden retriever, who has his fair share of (thankfully minor) health issues. Good veterinary care is pricey, but you get what you pay for here, and the doctors are more than willing to present pet parents with a variety of options to keep costs reasonable. Overall, I was happy with the experience. My only complaints was that Doctor Boyd had no interaction with my dog and the bill is not reviewed before payment is processed. The staff is very good though.

We are beyond pleased with this office. Everyone is fantastic, and they have really done everything in their power to help us. We had a very sick puppy and the staff called to check on her and did everything they could to help her. Everybody in the office knew our puppy by name. The office is incredibly clean. We would not take a new pet anywhere else.

We have been happy clients of Caring Hands for 9 years. We have French Bulldogs who, by nature, visit the vet often. We wanted to share with everyone how much we liked the vets and all of the employees at this office! We took our much-loved Bullmastiff to the office because he was limping. While the diagnosis wasn't what we wanted to hear (he had bone cancer), the vet was very compassionate and spent quite a bit of time explaining everything to us. What can I say, my dogs love going to the vet. =) All of the vets and techs have been very nice and they don't try and push extra vaccines. They give their opinion and then let you decide. If you say no then they don't keep pushing. I really like that.

Sadly, we had to euthanize our very sickly 18 year old kitty today. The veterinarian was actually able to come to our home, which made the whole process as compassionate as possible. Thank you 'Caring Hands' for your sensitive handling of our kitty's last moments!

We love Caring Hands and Dr. Murphy! Elvis, our 6 year old Maltese has a condition with his liver and has to go often to the doctor and is on medication. They are great with him and give him the best care!! We love it there!!

I like this place. As with all vets these days, it's way over priced. But even if it's just a cold business model, they make an effort here at customer relations that I like - emails and mail reminders, phone followups. And they're especially good for sad things - had my dog of 15 years put down with them, and they did a fantastic job to make everything easier. I'll stay a customer just for that.
