Big shout out to the Staff at Caring Hands Animal Hospital in Bristow. Our little dog had to be put down today. The staff was so professional and extraordinarily caring it made his passing bearable.
Excellent staff and care. I recently moved back into the area and was weary of finding a new vet for my dog, Bones - so much so that I would plan his visits around visiting my mother in another part of the state to continue using his former doctors. Unfortunately on my first visit to Caring Hands, he was found to have a very aggressive form of Lymphoma and I lost him only a few short weeks later. Caring Hands Animal Hospital is the only place that we trust our fur babies with. They are always so compassionate and really take the time to address any issues that you have. The entire staff is amazing. Caring Hands and Dr. Murphy took great care of, even gave extra attention and love to my precious fur baby when she had to have a dental procedure completed. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a veterinarian for their precious fur babies.
Like most pet people... my dogs are my babies. Caring Hands just "gets it". After moving to this area, finding a vet that we felt comfortable with was not an easy task. From the moment I called Caring Hands... it was clear they were different. Thorough exams, unrushed conversations with the doctors, emergency services, care plans, after treatment follow ups... I've lived in several states/areas and had pets for many years, Caring Hands is by far THE BEST.

Just moved to the area- this is the best vet I've ever been to out of the last 4 vets I've used. They were so good with my dog who is very anxious around new people and even examined him on the floor to keep him calm and gave him treats! I saw Dr. Jenna Dean who was very patient with me and knowledgeable answering every last question I had, and I had a lot being a new dog mom! I never felt rushed out the door. Carring Hands is exactly that. They have always taken very good care of Odessa, my Birman. The veterinarian staff is excellent and are always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. I am very happy with them.

I truly can not recommend taking your pets to CHAH!!!! This is truly the best vet/AH EVER! Everyone makes us feel like family & it's my pup's FAVORITE place to go!!! He's always so spoiled and loved by the whole team, especially Savannah W., LVT!! (He will bulldoze past everyone just for her!!!) We are so incredibly grateful for the staff at our primary location in Centreville, and especially the team at Bristow who saved our 15-week-old puppy, Merlin's, life. When Merlin very suddenly becoming gravely ill, CHAH Bristow was the only bet we called who could fit him in for an emergency appointment.
