Great Vet, always received best care, for our cats. Top tier diagnostic, advice, and follow-up care. Our pets are members of our family, and we've always been treated that way. When the unfortunate end of a pet comes around, we felt treated like a member of the family, and it was handled by front office, to vet with exceptional care and attention. We LOVE caring hands! We've seen a different vet almost every time we have visited and each vet treats our pup like they've known her, her whole life. Customer service is always on point. They are pretty pricey but it's worth it for the quality service we always receive. Shoutout to Marissa, I think she's the vets assistant, but she was so kind, sweet and friendly with our pup.
Called them on a Sunday hoping to get an appointment same day for my dog who needed care as soon as possible. They called me even before they were supposed to be open and gave me multiple options to come in today. We were new clients and they were very nice and helpful in trying to get my dogs records from our previous vet. We had gone to a vet that always wanted to medicate our dog and finally found one that wanted to try other others! Our dog suffers from anxiety and the staff was so patient and kind! Plus the costs for the visit was way less then we expected! Highly recommend it!
Really great experience. My first dog just adopted her from humane rescue alliance in DC. She's pretty timid in new places everyone was very nice and accommodating. The vet really seemed to have Xena's best interest at hand.
My old man who is blind isn't always happy going to the vet. This was a move to a new vet. But wow they made him feel right at home. He even got a peanut butter cup while he got his shot. I was very pleased
They were able to make an appointment right away for me because it was an urgent medical issue for my cat. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I am very happy with the services and information I was given to care for my cat.
Let me start stating that this place is beyond expectations! Service, Dedicated attention Courtesy and Right price. They have been helping us with our 4-legged son since Dec 2016, amd I cannt say not even once I felt robbed. Always diagnosis are very satisfactory and treatment perfect. Never over done. I very happy with the staff, all love and careness. Facilities are clean nice amd updated. Lot of services, prescriptions, prevented treatments in-store. Location very easy.
The staff is super friendly, vets are great. My puppy loves all their attention. Rates are on par with other vets in the area. It's super convenient to my house and they hold fantastic hours!
