If you are looking for a vet that has a poorly managed front desk . Vets you can not get a hold of after they leave a message regarding your pets bad bloodwork. A manager that can't accommodate getting you one flee pill after selling you once before. Had to circumnavigate to another caring hands manager at the Merrifield location to help me(she was fantastic). You think the manager of this one could have made that call for me. Decided to try this place as I go to Caring Hands in S. Arlington and the fact that it's a little closer to me. Unfortunately, I am not very impressed for several reasons. Two stars - clean, convenient location with plenty of parking, and overall nice building. First issue, I was not quoted any sort of cost prior to poking my cat's fat lump and examining the discharge (was used to the fact that S. I hate writing this review because I really wanted to like Caring Hands Clarendon. I originally called the S. Arlington location to see if I could get a same-day "emergency" appointment for my cat's vomiting and lethargy. While they did not have availability before closing, they were kind enough to set me up with a 9:00 pm appointment here. I was very, very grateful. My first impression of the clinic was great.
