So far, so great! First time visiting here today. I've been to several vet offices in the area for my previous kitty. I got a new kitten and found that the vet closed and went searching. I saw Dr. THORTON (previously autocorrected to Jordan) today and I am very pleased. She explained everything, and was so gentle with my frightened fur baby. Very clean office and very friendly staff. Best vet I've been to in the area!

I have used Caring Hands since it first opened on South Glebe in Arlington. Have used several of the locations and have all taken wonderful care of my dogs and cats over the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have an elderly cat (18) and she has several health issues not uncommon with cats her age. All of the doctors and techs and office staff that I have dealt with have been great. I take comfort in knowing that she is getting the best care available. I highly recommend this office.
We had such a positive experience with this Caring Hands location. Our dog, Oliver normally goes to the Caring Hands on Van Dorn, however, we won't be taking him back there ever again, as received better care for him here. The Alexandria location lacked customer service to accept our dog back for a courtesy appointment, seeing as his condition got worse, and was in a lot of pain. So owner called and Refunded all our money. Apologized us and talk to us about our dogs. Who does that? I guess I might give another chance to caring hands. Thank you!!

Sometimes if a fecal test comes with no parasites seen, but a pet is still experiencing symptoms like diarrhea, we will prescribe an antibiotic to help the pet feel better. We apologize for not explaining this when prescribing the medication. We hope that your pup is on the mend. We are here if you have any further questions or concerns.
This branch of CH is very convenient and the staff is wonderful. I've never had a bad experience here and always feel welcome, and that I can ask as many questions as I want without feeling that I'm taking up too much time. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Our golden retriever puppy, Baxter, has had a variety of issues already since getting him in May 2017. Their staff has been extremely courteous and so sweet to all of us. Their vets are the most wonderful and professional dog lovers! I highly recommend them.

Dr. Thornton is hands down the best vet, I've ever experienced. She explains things in detail so i can truly understand what's going on with my dog. I wont go anywhere or even see a different vet because i think so highly of her. The place itself is clean and MOST of the staff is super friendly. If you are looking for an animal hospital, I highly recommend caring hands in Clarendon. Ask to see Dr. Thornton, you will be so happy you did!!

We just adopted a rescue dog and took him here for a checkup. Dr. Campfield and her staff were really excellent. They spent a lot of time talking to us and making sure he is off to a good start.
