We are very pleased with every aspect of our cats' care. The facility is nice -- open with a good floor plan. The staff are kind and professional. The Vets go above and beyond. We moved all our pets to be seen there.

We all love our pets. They are not just pets to us, they are part of our family. When my 10 year old tiny four pound Maltese was in pain and could not eat, I rushed her to the one place I trust, Caring Hands Animal Hospital in Arlington. Baby had a bad abscessed tooth that had become infected. This is by far the absolute BEST Veterinary Hospital ever!! My (rescue) dog is extremely terrified of the vet. He shows it and acts out. I can't express how patient, kind, and loving they are towards him. They are amazing!!! Not to even mention the fact that they are all so experienced and knowledgeable. I have and will definitely refer everyone to Caring Hands! I honestly can't rate them enough! You are all serious doggy angels!

I am so grateful to have found Caring Hands Animal Hospital! It's a superior experience to other vets I've used in the area in every respect. Don't stress the parking in Clarendon--they have a lot, and it's free. Their waiting rooms are expansive, which reduces pet stress. Their exam rooms are quiet and spotlessly clean. If your pet needs a procedure, they are extremely accommodating of pet parents who want to stay with their pets throughout. Their vets are patient and knowledgeable. When I moved to Arlington from DC for a few months, I wanted to find a vet close by. I heard great things about Caring Hands through the rescue I work with, and thought I'd give it a try. From the immaculate and spacious waiting room to the minimal waiting times, the friendly front-desk staff and the easy reservation system, it was a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about Dr. Campfield. I feel as if she really cares about my cat and never minimizes the emotions I'm feeling after my cat has been diagnosed with lymphoma. She explains everything to me in layman's terms that I can understand. She has called after Violet had a visit to check on her and I have never feel rushed in my conversations with her. I have been to 3 of their facilities - Alexandria, Arlington and Clarendon and they are all top notch!

I was initially worried about going to a chain-vet location, but CHAH proved me wrong! First off, I made an appointment at the wrong Caring Hands location. Whoops. Completely my fault, but the staff at the Clarendon location didn't bat an eye and fit me in, and also coordinated with the location I made an appointment for. So that was a great start to the visit. Caring hands is hands-down THE BEST. They've been caring for my 12-year-old dog since he was a puppy and we get excellent care. I can say first-hand that Caring Hands doesn't opt for the most expensive option or put your beloved pet through a bunch of unnecessary tests. When he was a puppy with a stomach virus, another vet put him through almost $1000 worth of tests before telling us, it would pass on its own. Later I found out that vet worked off of commission. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Newman and the amazing staff at Caring Hands! Our dog has stranger anxiety and everyone was so patient and caring - from the receptionist, to the tech, to the vet. Our dog warmed up to everyone more quickly than any other clinic we've taken him to. Dr. Newman is thorough, kind, and really cares about your animal's well being. In addition to the staff, the facility is great. It is clean and has a very comfortable ambiance.
