I was supposed to receive a $4000 credit from this lender according to my contract with the builder and I was told later after I built the house that that was only offered if I took an increased rate which was not in any paperwork anywhere! I will not be referring anyone to this company because you have shady business practices. I tired to go with another loan company but was unable to do to the mark up that would have been placed on my home for not using this company.

Better communication. At times I would call, leave messages and would not get a response in a timely manner. Bottom line is that I did get the mortgage approved and for that I am grateful. Thank you.
