Missing a few components of my room, overall stay just fine Housekeeping missed a couple things in my room for my initial stay. I didn’t have coffee packs or an ice bag, not the end of the world. But then they completely avoided cleaning my room entirely which was a bummer. I told the front desk about it, and he fix the problem immediately I love how close I was to downtown Carmel and a parking was included.

Good Room had some maintenance issues. Facility is quite old and likely requires constant maintenance. Bathroom sink leaked into cabinet below. Night lock (deadbolt) on entry door did not work. Rooms do not include safes. Water was hot but very little water pressure. Linens were dated but clean and functional. While minor issues for us, they kept me from rating it higher. Note for guests with mobility issues, you must have a downstairs room. There is no elevator and only 1 stairs access to upstairs rooms many accessible only... read more
