Carol is very proactive and helpful. However, I do feel that the pressure to respond is a little much at times. Multiple notifications are given and the expectation is to have everything done immediately. Working a full-time job, it is not always easy to drop everything and complete something within literally an hour of receiving the email/text, etc when the email communication lets you know when it is due. Overall though, the outcome was positive and I know her intentions are good.

Carol from very professional even from the very first meeting when I had questions about applying for a loan and the process the loan agreement would be. She was very informative when we decided to move forward and pull my credit and get preapproved for a loan, and explained the different loan options available to me.
