Ms. Schretter was great. She took time out to talk to me and educate me on some things. She didn't rush us but she still kept us informed on how things needed to happen on both of our parts in a timely fashion; and if she wasn't able to speak to me she always texted and sent emails to my wife and I. She was very helpful with the gathering of paperwork. Always checked for better interest rates and gave me several estimates. I can't complain about what she did. Thank You Ms. Schretter.

Carol is very proactive and helpful. However, I do feel that the pressure to respond is a little much at times. Multiple notifications are given and the expectation is to have everything done immediately. Working a full-time job, it is not always easy to drop everything and complete something within literally an hour of receiving the email/text, etc when the email communication lets you know when it is due. Overall though, the outcome was positive and I know her intentions are good.

Carol made a very stressful situation less stressful. She is very personable, and really seemed to care about our circumstances and worked expeditiously to get us into our new home.
