Carol was professional and yet extremely friendly, putting me right at ease and then spending over 2 hours with me explaining the whole process and helping me to see how varying purchase prices, mortgages, down payments and interest rates would impact my purchase. Throughout the process Carol and her team were constantly feeding me information I needed and facilitate the paperwork to ensure that I was pre-approved and once an offer was made, the mortgage was processed quickly and efficiently.

Carol made the buying process very easy. After hearing all the horror stories of the buying process in the past, I was blown away with how painless she made the process. Not only was she very fast but also helpful in making the right choices regarding loan types and interest rates. As a first time buyer having very little home buying knowledge, not once did I get the feeling Carol was becoming frustrated with my questions or concerns.
