Big decisions to make make multiple times and all of them seemed to fall on weekends to boot. Carol was always immediately available and provided all requested documentation, etc. nearly immediately as well. And this was BEFORE I had even formally committed to go with her and Bank South for my lending needs. And she never even mentioned that once as she was helping me through everything. That alone made going with Bank South a no brainer!
