I was a nervous wreck starting this process. But as I talked with Carol she made me feel more at ease. When I had a question she had the answers, when I needed some reassurance she had an answer. The constant communication was great and I’m grateful to her for making this process easy. Patiences is not one of my strongest suit but having Carol with me along for the ride , well it was smoother than I thought. Carol's level of professionalism was outstanding. She was always available, knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice when needed. She made the refinance process easy, quick and kept us informed all along the way. I came to Bank South because Carol was there, having met her several times before. A company is only as good or bad as the employees who represent it and I consider Carol a great asset to Bank South. I would consider using Bank South again because of my experience with her!
