From refi to new purchases, from VA to conventional, we keep coming back to Carol for our mortgage needs. She and her team take the stress out of the process and provided the perfect level of service that we expect. One thing that’s important for us is for our broker to be present at closing. Not just physically, but also mentally. It’s a small thing I know, but it means a lot. She was present in every way. The closing attorney was friendly. We didn’t feel rushed through like a robo-closing.

I was a nervous wreck starting this process. But as I talked with Carol she made me feel more at ease. When I had a question she had the answers, when I needed some reassurance she had an answer. The constant communication was great and I’m grateful to her for making this process easy.
