Carol is awesome!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our loan. By being proficient with all of the electronic verification systems, she made it easy to complete all of the required paperwork while maintaining a full time work schedule. She always answers her phone or calls you back very soon . With having 3 kids and full time jobs, we are so happy to have had Carol take care of us . We will use her on any future purchases .
