Carol's level of professionalism was outstanding. She was always available, knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice when needed. She made the refinance process easy, quick and kept us informed all along the way. I came to Bank South because Carol was there, having met her several times before. A company is only as good or bad as the employees who represent it and I consider Carol a great asset to Bank South. I would consider using Bank South again because of my experience with her!
