As first time homeowners, my husband and I entered this process not knowing a the first thing about buying a home. My whole experience was fantastic. They were always available when I had a question. My questions via email where answered almost immediately which was so important when panic about something arose. They had a level of expertise that I had expected and hoped for. The whole team worked seamlessly and I felt I could just let them do their work and know nothing was being missed and they were on top of things.

I cant sing praises high enough for Carol! She made every step of the process painless and knew the details of our loan consistently (and sometimes better than me)! I met Carol around 4.5 years ago while I was going through some major life hardships (new baby and a divorce) and though I was trying to refinance, I couldn't due to some financial/credit score issues. Carol never made me feel bad about the situation, was supportive, and even over the 4 years would check in with me and see how things were going, again, always being positive and supportive.
