I met Carol at a networking group in New Hampshire, as my son was ready to purchase his first home in Texas. She was incredibly nurturing to my son (who was 23 at the time), and indulgent of his hands-on parents. She led us both through the process, respecting his autonomy and recognizing when he was a bit overwhelmed and would welcome some input from mom and dad. I can't recommend her highly enough.
