My whole experience was fantastic. They were always available when I had a question. My questions via email where answered almost immediately which was so important when panic about something arose. They had a level of expertise that I had expected and hoped for. I met Carol around 4.5 years ago while I was going through some major life hardships (new baby and a divorce) and though I was trying to refinance, I couldn't due to some financial/credit score issues.
