They were very professional and responsive. I got my carpet in a timely manner and the installers were professional. I had some issues after the installation and they came out immediately and fixed them. I would use them again! Service went great.

After purchasing a new home in Chatham County, we wanted to replace the carpet on the 2nd floor. It was about 150 yds installed (2 small bedrooms, and a LARGE master bedroom/closet, plus small landing, and stairs). Martha from the company was very helpful. We had three rooms of carpet installed along with new flooring for a small bathroom and laundry area. .Martha came to the house and helped me select carpet and a new flooring for the bathroom, laundry room area. We were very pleased with the environmentally friendly Smartstrand carpet that they installed. The carpet installers were fast, erfficient and skilled. The owner, Mike Nelson, came to our home with tile samples. We chose an Armstrong luxury vinyl tile product. It was installed shortly after we made our choice. Oscar arrived promptly in the morning and he and the other installer worked efficiently and professionally all day. We were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Carolina In Home Flooring.

Replaced carpet in 2 rooms and a hallway Had an un-rushed session where different types of flooring were discussed. When we decided on carpet there were ample samples to choose from and we were provided with an excellent presentation of their pros and cons. I called and set up an appointment. Mike came and make a suggestion regarding the type of flooring and color. I was replacing carpeting in a landing/hallway. I have hardwood downstairs and wood stairs. I wanted something that would match. Oscar and his assistant came on the day we had agreed upon and installed a beautiful floor. It matched very well. They had to come back to take care of a stair facing. They kept me informed at all steps of the process. I would use this company again.

Replaced carpeting in my living room and family room. Replaced hardwoods in my kitchen. Martha came out to give me an estimate on replacing my carpeting. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to replace the carpeting in my living room and family room and to make it consistent, also replace the existing hardwood in my kitchen.
