Carpet needed to be re-stretched on the 2nd floor hallway and on the entire 3rd floor. Overall service was excellent. I received a call back on the same day I called and was able to have a site visit and estimate within a day of my call. The price was very reasonable, the work was done in a very timely fashion and the quality of the work was excellent. Hardwood flooring for entire second level (3 bedrooms,loft,landing,hallway) plus 16 hardwood steps. Mike and his assistant manager Andy were always available to answer questions and to make sure the work was done carefully and on time. Their installers were efficient and pleasant. On a job this large, there is always an unexpected complication such as a piece of the flooring that needs to be replaced or a banister that needs reinforcement. We had all of the carpet in our ten year old home removed, furniture moved and put back in to place and new carpet installed. Our home is 2450 square feet and is almost all hardwoods downstairs so the carpet installation included downstairs master, stairs and then entire second floor. It was a really easy process. Replaced carpet in master bedroom. Installed laminate flooring in kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I contacted the company through their website and received a quick response back from Mike. He came out and helped us select the carpet from samples. We were pleased with the installation and had him install wood laminate in the kitchen and a bathroom, and laminate Quadra Tile in a half bath. We had 800 square feet of laminate (quickstep hickory) installed in our downstairs. Service included removal of all old carpeting and flooring, moving all furniture and appliances as needed, and installing matching quarter-round From the start, this was an incredibly smooth experience. Removed old carpeting on stairs and replaced with new carpeting. Installed new vinyl tile system in three rooms, wash room, and closet (~500sf). Replaced floor molding and finished work with quarter round. Mike came to our house on our schedule and responded very quickly with an estimate. We had some circumstances and had to delay the project, but Mike was able to work us in when we were ready. He received the materials in completed the install in less than 2 days. We were very pleased with the work

Installed existing carpet I scheduled with the owner Mike Nelson via email. He was incredibly responsive! We set up a time and the carpet installer showed up a few minutes late but not significant. Luis did a great job in a short period of time and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional. I would definately use them again!

Replaced family room carpet and pad. After waiting all day without even hearing from the Home Depot measuring contractors who were supposed to show up, I "fired" Home Depot. I emailed Carolina In-Home Flooring on a Sunday, and Mike responded before 8:30 Monday morning! We set up a Tuesday meeting at my home, where he brought samples geared toward my needs, and I made my choice.
