After suffering water damage to several areas of our home I contacted Carolina In Home Flooring and scheduled an appointment with Mike. He was punctual, courteous and very professional. I needed carpets replaced in two rooms and in the lower level of my house I chose them to do our carpets and I am so happy that I did. There was a small issues with the carpet installers which Mike addressed immediately and the carpets were completed to my satisfaction. The carpets look great and I will definitely use them again.

Removed and disposed of all existing carpet and padding from living room, hallway, three bedrooms and closets. Removed vinyl flooring from two baths, kitchen, back hallway, pantry and laundry room. Removed old carpet and padding from two bedrooms, installed new laminate wood flooring, quarter round base and all thresholds. Mike was very responsive. Provided on site estimate and samples. Scheduled install date and confirmed via email. Crew arrived early and completed entire job in one day. Looks great. Good pricing. Will certainly use again.

Mike with Carolina In Home Flooring provided estimates for carpet installation (replacement), including good recommendations on carpet choices including color, padding and soil resistance. Professional, knowledgable, and helpful service. Installation went well with an effective crew, taking most of the day with this large job. Excellent final results - we're very pleased.

Installed Shaw Front and Center carpet in a large master bedroom and oak hardwood flooring in our great room and dining room. Mike Nelson returned my call very promply, and arranged to come to our house for an estimate at our convenience. Removed vinyl tile in kitchen, and installed laminate flooring in the kitchen, dining room, entry way, and one bathroom. I got a prompt response for the initial consultation. Mike was right on time and I picked out the flooring I wanted, with no high pressure sales pitch. Remove old carpet and pad. Install new carpet. I am not one who normally buys from businesses that come to my home. I prefer to go out and visit several showrooms and choose among them.
