We found Carolina In Home Fooring on Angie's list. Mike Nelson replied promptly and came by our town house to give us a quote. Mike was able to work out a good price for us, even better than another vendor with the promise to complete the project in one day instead of two. The installers were professional and did a good job with carpeting for most of our three-story property. I would definitely choose to work with this company again.

Remove and replace Carpet in Master Bedroom and Bonus Room. Remove Carpet in Living Room/Family Room install prefinished hardwood. We have contemplated this project for quite some time. Installed laminate flooring in the kitchen and laundry room. Removed all appliances out of the way and returned and connected them after finishing the floors. We had a quick response from our initial call. We were able to select the flooring and scheduled installation within a week. The installers were on time and were neat in appearance and very polite. They pulled out the stove, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. I was glad we were not expected to do that. They worked without taking a break, finishing late afternoon.... read more

Installed site-finished red oak in living room. Buffed and coated original hardwood floors. Installed pre-finished oak in master bedroom closet. The price was right, so we had Carolina In Home Flooring come back a second time to complete our entire house. They installed site-finished red oak. It is the most gorgeous floor EVER, a stunning and warm blend of gold, red, and brown tones. In my opinion, it is the way to go. Carpeting in a bedroom and hallway that was several years old had developed some waves in it and needed to be restretched. Speaking to Mike on the phone I described the room and the work needed. He provided me an estimate based on my description and I accepted the estimate and the cost associated with possibly having to resplice the carpet at two doorways. I used Carolina In Home Flooring Inc recently to put hardwood flooring. They had to remove the old flooring and put the new one. They came out promptly on time and they were excellent. They were a great company. They had samples in hand. They gave me suggestions and information on details we wanted. They are a little high priced but the wood they used itself costed us $1000. Since they do good work we decided to go with them. They were courteous and called me back even when I left missed calls.

Refinished approx 350 sq ft of red oak flooring, installed approx 400 sq ft of new red oak flooring. Mike Nelson and his crew did an outstanding job, the floors look great. They moved large furniture out of the way for us and put back in place after the job was completed. His crew were professional requiring little supervision. new carpet in foyer, living room, dining room Mike installed flooring for me earlier. Then I got the house painted and didn't like my carpet in the formal area of the house. Called him again on Saturday of last week. New carpeting was installed today.
