Great service and easy to work with We replaced the carpet in two bedrooms and a bonus room upstairs. Plus we replaced the carpet on the stairway. Also, the bathroom had sheet vinyl. But we replaced it with carpet as well. That was by Tim's recommendation. And the transition was good. The whole installation was good. This was the first time we used Carpet Spectrum. Nice people, and very helpful! I recently used Carpet Spectrum and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The sales staff was very nice and helpful, and so was everyone I met there. The product was high quality, and I highly recommend Carpet Spectrum! They are a good company!
Great Prices! Great Product! Carpet Spectrum has installed hardwood and carpeting in my home. Both times that I have used them has been a great experience. Both times that I have used them they have been better on pricing than anyone else located locally. They really get things done and they really do a great job! If I ever need them again I will call them first! I recommend them to anyone! When I first saw my completed floors I loved them and still do!
Excellent Service - Especially from Forrest! Extremely fast turnaround time, inexpensive and professional. Forrest makes this place a joy to work with! (Ask for him!) He does not upsell you - listens to your needs, likes and dislikes, and guides appropriately. They scheduled us for measurements and installation on a timeline we requested and were in and out quickly! Beautiful work and excellent customer service. !

Great service from start to finish. The salesman Forest came to my home gave me the facts about the prices and showed me samples. No salesman speeches just straight to the point. That's the kind of people I like working with. Two gentlemen came to install my carpet and they were very professional, kind and fast. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have used other companies in the past they don't even compare.
Great experience I had a great experience using Carpet Spectrum to install carpet into my new home. Forrest was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was going how I wanted. He worked hard to meet my (very short) time frame, and followed up throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the product. I would 100% recommend using Carpet Spectrum and working with Forrest.
Good at communicating, quick and good at their job. Carpet Spectrum is great. I like the quickness of their service and I like how they communicate with their customers. They have very good customer service and I would definitely recommend them. I give them 5 out of 5 stars for everything.
