They have to be good or we would not keep using them like we do. The people over at Carpets Plus Outlet all seem to be friendly. We would not keep using them as we do if they were not good to work with. We have a little porch on the front of our house and had them come out to put in new tile flooring. It turned out very good! Very satisfied! They know what they are doing! This is the third time we have dealt with Carpets Plus Outlet, each time with great success! They are very nice people, and they know exactly what they are doing. Our current house has a very strange layout in the bathroom, and we wanted to have them lay a one-piece vinyl floor there for us. I don't know how they did it, but they did! The tech was just fantastic! We are very satisfied with Carpets Plus Outlet, and that is why we have used them three times!

I Love My New Floor! I used Carpets Plus Outlet many, many years ago for carpeting in my house. Because they did such a great job with that I went back to purchase and install vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen.

They Were Fantastic! The first time I used Carpets Plus Outlet, they installed carpet in my living room downstairs. This time, they replaced the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and stairs. I went into the store to choose the carpet I wanted. They were super helpful, and assisted me with picking out the best carpet for my needs and my budget.
