Great service and install. We had a new addition done on the house and we hired Carpets Plus Outlet to put in new carpet for us. We had them do that first, I think his name was Joe, but he was very helpful, he came out and took measurements on everything and was very helpful in helping us decide what carpet would be best for us.
A Positive Experience Carpets Plus Outlet has installed new carpet for my downstairs and bathroom. In my downstairs bathroom they've installed tile and when our downstairs got flooded they came out to examine our carpet and determined that it didn't need to be replaced nevertheless they did take care of it. The man who installed our vinyl floor in a bathroom did a great job. Also, very polite and cleaned up his job area when done. Two men who installed our ceramic tile in the shower area of our bathroom did a great job. Very polite.
Excellent and Professional Work We have had a wonderful experience with Carpets Plus Outlet from our very first visit to installation to now receiving compliments on our beautiful carpeting. Matt Fuhr was most helpful and very knowledgeable in showing us various options, guiding us through as we made our decision. It was a really good experience I hired Carpets Plus Outlet to rip up my current flooring on the entire first level of my home and replace it with vinyl plank and vinyl tile with grout and it turned out amazing! My house has never been cleaner. I have four cats and they used to make a mess on my carpet, but with the new flooring it's so easy to clean and the flooring looks so beautiful. Professional, fast and friendly Carpets Plus Outlet had quite a selection and knew what was best for our needs and property. We bought some new carpeting from them, and they were very friendly. They were also very professional and very knowledgeable in their product line, and that's why we returned to them. It was a very good experience. The price for their service was reasonable, and they had a variety of ranges that would fit anyone's budget. We bought a medium-pile carpet that came with a warranty.

The guys they had installing the carpet did a great job but, on both days when they were installing the carpet, they were late.
