Just a great experience all around Carpets Plus Outlet installed carpeting and kitchen flooring, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. I heard about this company through word-of-mouth from my cousin who had some excellent work done in her home. Definitely a store to return to! I had a very good experience with Carpets Plus Outlet. Their customer service was excellent! The way they their conduct business is very professional. I went to them for laminate flooring, and it turned out beautifully! There was one minor problem, and they came back and took care of it without any question and in a very efficient manner. I was very happy with their cooperation!

100% Satisfaction Carpets Plus Outlet really knows what they are doing. They are a wonderful company to work with. The carpet layers were extremely knowledgeable with what they were doing. They did what they had to do and they did it. Then they put back all of my furniture back in the right place. They really cleaned up well. Very complete work.
Efficient and reliable service Carpets Plus Outlet gave us great service. They worked with our schedule and did a fine job installing carpet for our entire house. Everyone on the crew was courteous, professional, and hardworking. The prices were comparable. I do wish that they consulted us on the dividers that they used between the carpet and wood flooring, since I would have chosen different ones but otherwise, they did a really nice job.
Hassle-free service Carpets Plus Outlet made it really easy to install new carpet in our home. It was really easy to schedule with them and everything else went similarly smoothly. They did a terrific job installing new carpet for our entire upper floor for a very reasonable price. The installers were clean, respectful, and professional. I'd strongly recommend them.

Excellent all around! I have nothing but good things to say! After 12 years of dealing with old floors, I called them to redo my entire condo, including two bathrooms, kitchen, and entry-way.
