Very good. The customer service at Carpets Plus Outlet was very friendly. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went in, and they helped me pick out my floors. I needed new floors for my kitchen and bathroom. I told them what I would like and they showed men their inventory and brought out samples. Very good Carpets Plus Outlet did the carpet on the stairs, living room, and family room. They were very good and very knowledgeable about what they were doing, especially when it came to pet issues.
Family owned business, gives great service Carpets Plus Outlet was very patient with me and never pushy at all. I'm picky about my choices, so it took me a while to make my selection and I brought home a lot of samples. When you borrow samples from them you have to sign each one out, but after a couple times they just let me take them home and trusted that I would bring them back. Total professionals from selection to installation Carpets Plus Outlet has done several jobs for us. The last job they did was installing new carpet in our living room, on our staircase, and on the top landing. Prior to that they installed carpet on some downstairs steps and in the bedroom. Outstanding experience We are so pleased that after several stops to get a new floor for a bath remodel that would match our kitchen floor we went to Carpets Plus. They not only got us the floor that we were looking for but we also added a hallway and Daycare entry. Brian did an awesome install and the whole project was professional from start to finish

These people are great!!!! As first time carpet buyers, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing. We heard about CPO from our parents. What an absolutely great experience! We found our carpet, we scheduled the work, and it was done- flawlessly. Our house looks wonderful, the padding upgrade they suggested is all they promised. We would recommend CPO to anyone looking for carpet.
