Good This was my first time using Carpets Plus Outlet. The pricing was okay. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I would use them again.
Trusted company. Well we moved into our condo two years ago and after a few months it needed new carpet and I had used Carpets Plus Outlet before a couple times and I was very pleased with their service.
Everything went well I had tile installed by Carpets Plus Outlet in two different rooms. They were very good. The workers were polite and the pricing was reasonable for what we asked them to do. This wasn't our first time using them and we'll use them again.
Fast, clean and timely. No problems whatsoever. Carpets Plus Outlet did some tiling for us. They were fast, they cleaned up after themselves and they got done on time. I had no problems with them whatsoever.
Did a fine job and I recommend them. Carpets Plus Outlet most recently did my living room and they carpeted the steps going up stairs and they did a fine job, they made sure to clean up after they were done and I was very happy with the work they provided.
Good customer service. They know us by name. We have had carpet put in by Carpets Plus Outlet a few times. We continue to use them because they do a good job and when we had problem with a threshold they come out out fix it with no issues.
Everything we needed and more. Carpets Plus Outlet commercially put in vinyl tile and carpet in our building and it turned out wonderful! The prices are good and the service has been great. I would recommend them on their customer service alone and their knowledge and helpfulness was by far more than I expected. They did the job quickly and we're very happy with the outcome.

Very good. The customer service at Carpets Plus Outlet was very friendly. I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went in, and they helped me pick out my floors. I needed new floors for my kitchen and bathroom. I told them what I would like and they showed men their inventory and brought out samples.
