It was a really good experience I hired Carpets Plus Outlet to rip up my current flooring on the entire first level of my home and replace it with vinyl plank and vinyl tile with grout and it turned out amazing! My house has never been cleaner. I have four cats and they used to make a mess on my carpet, but with the new flooring it's so easy to clean and the flooring looks so beautiful. Professional, fast and friendly Carpets Plus Outlet had quite a selection and knew what was best for our needs and property. We bought some new carpeting from them, and they were very friendly. They were also very professional and very knowledgeable in their product line, and that's why we returned to them. It was a very good experience. The price for their service was reasonable, and they had a variety of ranges that would fit anyone's budget. We bought a medium-pile carpet that came with a warranty.

It was a fantastic experience: Great installation well done We love the carpet from Carpets Plus Outlet. The price was great and within reason, and we really didn't have a problem with it. The guys they had installing the carpet did a great job but, on both days when they were installing the carpet, they were late. On the first day they were late by one hour, and 30 minutes late on the second day. We thought they should have started about one hour earlier at 9, since their start time was 10 o'clock. A Satisfied Customer Carpets Plus Outlet installed new carpet inside of my home and the results are great. The carpets are made of good quality. Their staff were very helpful. The installers were efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

OFFICE AT CORDECK VICTOR AND HIS CREW ARE AMAZING. THEY STAYED ON SCHEDULE AND EVEN WORKED AROUND SOME OF OUR OTHER VENDOR TIME CHANGES. VERY FRIENDLY CREW AND ALWAYS A SMILE - EVEN WHEN THEY HAD TO WORK SO HARD FOR US ON THE WEEKEND. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE GREAT SERVICE GUYS !!

Great Company We found Carpetsplus to be an exceptional company; the best in Southeastern Wi. The personnel, including Matt and Crissy were very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The kitchen floor LVT was installed by skilled and courteous fellows. I am not easily impressed, but they deserve a 5-star rating!

Awesome service and great customer relations We had such a great experience with Carpets Plus Outlet that we had carpets installed upstairs and then a year later we had carpet installed downstairs. We love the quality of the carpet! The price seemed reasonable.
