Outstanding experience We are so pleased that after several stops to get a new floor for a bath remodel that would match our kitchen floor we went to Carpets Plus. They not only got us the floor that we were looking for but we also added a hallway and Daycare entry. Brian did an awesome install and the whole project was professional from start to finish

These people are great!!!! As first time carpet buyers, my wife and I had no idea what we were doing. We heard about CPO from our parents. What an absolutely great experience! We found our carpet, we scheduled the work, and it was done- flawlessly. Our house looks wonderful, the padding upgrade they suggested is all they promised. We would recommend CPO to anyone looking for carpet.

Exceptional Service. Carpets Plus Outlet has an impeccable service. We have purchased carpets, flooring, and had some window work from them--for multiple homes--over the last 12 years. Their staff is very logical, competent, and efficient. They have competitive prices and I would recommend their service.

Best business in town. I have used Carpets Plus Outlet twice. They installed carpet in our main living room the first time around and replaced it with porcelain tile the second time. Their prices are competitive. They're not the lowest, but worth it.

Fantastic service, excellent installation Carpets Plus Outlet installed new carpeting in my home. When I walked into the showroom for the first time, I had an idea of what I wanted. However, after speaking with the sales representative about my home, she guided me in a different direction and she was totally right. The installers did a fantastic job. Quality experience Carpets Plus Outlet put carpet in three rooms for me. They are a family owned business and you see the same people every time you're there. Every interaction I had with someone, at least with 5 people along the way, plus the two installers, was very professional and they were very courteous. They seemed very happy and knowledgeable. Price wise, they are right there. They were a solid group of people from start to finish.

Great service Everything was fine with Carpets Plus Outlet. We would recommend them. I have had a lot of carpet done by them. They are very pleasant and nice people to work. They do good work.
