I bought my 2004 Nissan Altima in due to a noise in the front when I would hit a bump. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee. I was told my struts needed replacing at less than 40,000 miles on the car at a cost of around $1000. I shopped around and found another shop for a second opinion. They checked the car, said the struts were "excellent" and showed me the rock that was causing the noise. The reason for my rating is I reported this to Beaverton Nissan and got no response and they were not willing to return my $100 for the bogus... read more
This experience was awful. The sales person was nice, but the financial person said on the sales floor, in front of other customers "You have bad credit... you should be looking at something else" and handed me a key to a 2000 model car with over 100k miles. Unprofessional and offensive. I will never be back, and neither will any of my friends or family.
The service team was very unprofessional. I was dropping of my vehicle and overheard some of the advisors saying lude comments about some young women that were in the service department waiting room. The men there were polite to your face and then turn around and say vulgar comments that you could only have expected to embarrass a sailor. Its a frightfull thought to consider how often the customers are treated as an item in a meat market! As a customer or human who places value in moral codes, it was a humiliating experience... read more
I made a huge mistake in doing business this this company. First off, they will tell you one thing and do something completely different. Make sure that you get everything in writing, or better yet, record the conversation. You will be glad you did. Don't even get me started about customer service after the sale. It is non-exsistant. Basically, if you do do business with this company, I can not stress enough- CYA! All they want is your money. If you wouldlike to know more, contact me.
I was there last night to purchase a pre-owned 2004 Nissan Quest. With my trade in and everything, after 4 hours of negotiations, the final purchased price we finally agreed was $262 a month for 60 months. When we are about to sign the contract, good think I catch it, they've silently changed the amount of months to 72 months. Not a single word from them. And when I question it, they changed their story left and right and finally offer me to buy it at $269 for 66 months. What a bunch of crook! I didn't even bother to re-nego... read more
Staff is extremely unprofessional. We brought a brand new 2004 Nissan Maxima in for service (only had the car one month... it's been in the service department twice). Not only can they not "Find" the problem, they have had the car for a week, no one has attempted to call us, we have to call them repeatedly only to get put to voice mail. When we go in to the dealership the "Managers" are either never there or busy. Our new car that we left with them has been parked on a busy street outside of their lot (not even behind their ... read more
