Sales folks will make promises they will not deliver on just to get you to sign the deal. Do not provide information until all the papers are signed. Get angry if you tell them you want more time or want to sleep on it. The two women that we dealt with were very friendly and customer-oriented, but unfortunately, you can't make up for the crappy service and treatment you get from some of the others (e.g. Chase, Scott). Just want folks to be upfront and honest - and that's not the experience we had.

We made a deal with Nissan Beaverton to Purchease a vehicle for $18400.00 (The original sales price was $18,977.00). When we began to sign the papers we were told there was a mandatory theft protection fee of $399.00 bringing the cost of the car closer to the original asking price. When I questioned the dealer about the fee he became very defensive and said if we wanted to buy the car we had to purchase it and it was listed on the window sticker. I still did not understand why we needed a theft protection warrenty but was le... read more

These are bait and switch people. We were working with an internet sales person and when she convinced me to come in for a test drive, I was approached by a guy in the show room. He was annoying and in my face. He asked me where I worked, and when I told him, he proceeded to bash my employer and talk trash about the company. He wouldn't shut up. I told him that he must not have wanted to sell a car too bad that day. My husband and I gave the internet sales person the benefit of the doubt and we had a second appointment. They... read more

Set up deal over phone. Made it very clear I didnt want to drive 4 HOURS to get there unless we had a solid deal made. Sure enough when I get there all of a sudden "oh we cant do this". Worst part was I was paying cash so they couldnt even blame their lies on my credit score. They tried to stiff me for $3000 more after I spent have the day driving in. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Dont beleive anything they tell you on the phone. They are just playing the old game of trying to get you in the door so they can hard up sell you so they can ... read more

To preface. I was ordering and buying a Nissan Leaf SL from the Nissan Leaf internet site. Tony the EV specialist at Nissan Beaverton gave me a good price on the net. When the car arrive, Abdul a new Electric Car specialist said Tony was no longer there. I wanted to evaluate whether it was better to purchase or lease since tax incentives were involved. When I got there at 5pm, the sales people were pushing to close the deal that night. The purchase price numbers were all over the place and it was hard to tell what was what. ... read more

I have done business with this company for over 15 years and had never had a bad experience prior to 8-7-11. While waiting for my sisters car to be repaired I walked into the showroom to kill time and was approached by a gentleman who asked if I had any questions. I asked the price of the nissan Rogue and Murano and was asked if I would like to drive one. I told the man that I had another years lease on my 2009 Altima and he said just try the Rogue and see what you think and I did and liked the way it drove. Went back into t... read more

Visiting this dealership is a total waste of time unless you are a masochist and looking to have your intelligence insulted. Mr Lee is the fleet manager who also handles internet sales. I had visited this dealership about 5 or 6 weeks ago and worked with an internet rep who is no longer there. I made the deal I was looking for perfectly clear to Mr Lee. No ADM or other add-ons. just match the advertised price at Tonkin Nissan in Wilsonville. I was trying to save myself a drive from Beaverton to Wilsonville. What a mistake th... read more

Costco's certified pre-owned program referred me to Beaverton Nissan to purchase a truck. At 8:15AM the following day Tony, a sales manager there, contacted me to ask what I was looking for. I was very specific, telling him I wanted a "certified pre-owned crew cab 4x4 Frontier." Tony said they had several on their lot and we made an appointment for 12:15PM that same day to look at the trucks. When I arrived for the appointment, Tony was unavailable. I was passed to a junior salesman who took me over to their used car lot. Af... read more

This dealership did not try very hard to help me. All they did was "shotgun" my credit on give me lots of neg. dings. The would not call me back when they said they would. They acted like I was not worth their time. I never will speak nice of them for the rest of my life. Stay far far away from this dealer!!!
