Staff is extremely unprofessional. We brought a brand new 2004 Nissan Maxima in for service (only had the car one month... it's been in the service department twice). Not only can they not "Find" the problem, they have had the car for a week, no one has attempted to call us, we have to call them repeatedly only to get put to voice mail.
