Verified Renter overall good experience. But smoke smell coming from my neighbor is making difficult to breath for me and family. this is happening for awhile

Verified Renter It was great the first year for our first apartment but the spike in rent and the office blocking our card payments so we have to get money orders and go into the office where we are constantly treated rudely by staff sucks. Also the “pest control” coming into our apartments if we’re there or not and adding on an additional $300 to our rent if we don’t move everything from our cabinets sucks. I can’t wait to get out of here save yourself by renting elsewhere.

Verified Renter The apartments are great value for money and it’s very safe. How ever the leasing office staff won’t listen to your issues and they are very rude and intimidating.I would definitely recommend this 10/10 if the staff is good

Verified Renter Lease is confusing they'll charge you for fees and fines you aren't aware of , pest control and maintenance will constantly be letting themselves into your home with no/very short notice.

Verified Renter The rent keeps going up and the apartments are dirty and outdated so raising the rent doesn’t make sense. The community is fine but the quality of everything just needs updated for what they are charging.

Verified Renter The apartment was really nice till last year but since the time Riverwind has taken over the management it’s not worth living here because the rents have been increased so much. Plus they have added exorbitant amount of sewage and water bill. The sewage and water bill was added after the lease was signed. Earlier it was nice staying here but since the time they raised the rent most people are moving out from here and definitely it’s not worth paying so so much of rent.

Verified Renter Irresponsible management, poor maintenance, rude property manager, high utility bills due to lack of maintenance, increasing rent for no obvious reasons. Money minded, commission based leasing office people. All contribute to this one star rating.

High utility bills The apartment is very old and poorly maintained. Rent may be cheaper than new apartment complexes but we get high utility bills as high as the rent. No proper response or only rude responses from property management. Not advisable.to rent here.

Verified Renter Looks nice upon expecting but the closer you look the more you realize how cheap everything is. The carpet comes up on the edges of the steps and if you try to deep clean a spot. The appliances besides the washer and dryer don’t work correctly. The walls are not smudge proof and mark like crazy. In the bathrooms you can tell they just painted over all the dust and dirt and hair without cleaning it off 1st.
