Verified Renter The apartment was really nice till last year but since the time Riverwind has taken over the management it’s not worth living here because the rents have been increased so much. Plus they have added exorbitant amount of sewage and water bill. The sewage and water bill was added after the lease was signed. Earlier it was nice staying here but since the time they raised the rent most people are moving out from here and definitely it’s not worth paying so so much of rent.

Verified Renter Irresponsible management, poor maintenance, rude property manager, high utility bills due to lack of maintenance, increasing rent for no obvious reasons. Money minded, commission based leasing office people. All contribute to this one star rating.

High utility bills The apartment is very old and poorly maintained. Rent may be cheaper than new apartment complexes but we get high utility bills as high as the rent. No proper response or only rude responses from property management. Not advisable.to rent here.

Verified Renter Looks nice upon expecting but the closer you look the more you realize how cheap everything is. The carpet comes up on the edges of the steps and if you try to deep clean a spot. The appliances besides the washer and dryer don’t work correctly. The walls are not smudge proof and mark like crazy. In the bathrooms you can tell they just painted over all the dust and dirt and hair without cleaning it off 1st. Verified Renter The apartment is good but the only problem is that it is a very old apartment and maintenance is very bad. Rent is also high and for maintenance also we have to pay ourselves.

Verified Renter Constant water leakage in bathroom and kitchen atleast once in a year. Response from maintenance team is slow and management doesn’t respond properly.

Verified Renter The apartment location is a plus point. But the management is not great. They take the residents for granted and hardly pay attention to you or your questions. An email for $300 fine for every little thing is expected very frequently.

Verified Renter Only been here a month, and the water heater goes out. NO ONSITE MAINTENANCE, can't shower, or do laundry. Such an inconvenience. Very angry, worked 12 hours and wanted to take a hot shower. Now the only hot I see is my eyes and ears ??.....not a good first impression.

Verified Renter I moved in recently to carriage park and leasing team was average, during tour when i asked that small things need to be fixed in the apartment they yes it will be done before you move in. But to my surprise when i moved and checked the apartment more closely there were cracks inside the cabinets , the dishwasher makes so much of noise and the bathroom cabinet is eaten by termites and also saw some cockroaches.
