Closer to everything This is a perfect place to live in Pitts for the people who work in downtown. Close to transit, restaurants (all types) , grocery stores, shopping malls, and what not. Only problem is laundry. They are less in number and always busy on the weekends..

elevators in the building have not been workin I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and unacceptable. For the past 25 days, both elevators in the building have not been working. I live on a top floor, and this has severely impacted daily life—carrying groceries, going to work, even basic movement in and out of the building has become exhausting and unreasonable. Verified Renter One major downside is the guest parking policy. The guest parking fee is too high and feels unreasonable, especially for residents who frequently have visitors. This makes it inconvenient and sometimes discouraging to invite friends or family over.

Verified Renter I started out really loving the apartment, but new residents above have made it pretty hard to enjoy. They are incredibly loud, and the thin floors & walls don't help at all. There are loud children running & slamming into the floor (my ceiling) daily. That combined with the rising rent prices has me searching for other options. On the plus side, maintenance has been quick to respond to any issues. I love the apartment itself. Just a shame the neighbors are so easy to hear.

Verified Renter I started the renting in 12/10/2025. Faced a major leakage in kitchen. Entire kitchen was flooded on 12/12/2025. The ceiling light fixture dropped and we could have got injured. Since then the maintenance personnel came 5 times to fix the leaks. The unit below has several leaks so they need to fix something in our unit. The old building is in terrible condition.today is 12/29/2025. Less than three weeks. I wish they can move me to a different unit. If there is no leaks in other buildings. Verified Renter Communication from the office is bad. The noise in my building from the folks upstairs is bad. The choice from the higher-ups not to fix/replace intercoms is bad. Only good thing is that the replaced my AC and furnace and my electric bills dropped a lot.

Verified Renter Communication has gone downhill in the last few months. They aren't repairing things that absolutely should be, like the intercoms. Kids ride their bikes, e-bikes, and scooters without any adult supervision or sense of self-preservation. The parking situation is a travesty. In short, it's become rather unpleasant to live here.
