Verified Renter I liked this place, but the people who live here smoke a lot, it always smells bad in my apartment. Entering the house is a bit torturous, unfortunately, it smells the same way in the house.

Verified Renter Apartments are old and need lot of maintenance. Rents are so high for these apartments. New management and they have changed lot of policies.

Verified Renter The parking here is horrendous people bring vehicles that are unregistered and park them taking up spaces for the residence there are vehicles with flat tires, expired inspection stickers, a truck that’s sitting in front in the parking lot. Verified Renter It was great the first year for our first apartment but the spike in rent and the office blocking our card payments so we have to get money orders and go into the office where we are constantly treated rudely by staff sucks. Also the “pest control” coming into our apartments if we’re there or not and adding on an additional $300 to our rent if we don’t move everything from our cabinets sucks. I can’t wait to get out of here save yourself by renting elsewhere.

Verified Renter The apartments are great value for money and it’s very safe. How ever the leasing office staff won’t listen to your issues and they are very rude and intimidating.I would definitely recommend this 10/10 if the staff is good

Verified Renter Lease is confusing they'll charge you for fees and fines you aren't aware of , pest control and maintenance will constantly be letting themselves into your home with no/very short notice.

Verified Renter The rent keeps going up and the apartments are dirty and outdated so raising the rent doesn’t make sense. The community is fine but the quality of everything just needs updated for what they are charging.
