Don't waste your money! Worst apartment I've ever stayed. You can't even sleep because of the noise of the neighbors.
New Resident Roaches first week in Management imposes a $300 fine for a roach issue they haven’t solved since 2019 as told by other residents. I truly do not believe anyone should live here they won’t let you view apartments in advance because they’re well aware of their roach issue.
Worst Management , Don’t come The management is very rude and worst service I have never seen. This place has very poor management and they have bugs /roaches everywhere. I would not recommend anyone to live here. no one ever takes care of maintenance requests. It's so hard to get anyone to answer a phone call or an email. They are rude and could care less about you as a resident. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Awful My wife and I moved here and we can't wait to leave. Everything is broken and because of COVID I guess they just don't fix things. We have broken outlets and they say they fix them and it's still broken. We get a thousand emails a day about pest control for every single building but they never email us about the issues we really need fixed here. There's bugs in our laundry room, not in our apartment but it's probably only a matter of time. It's gross here.
I Wish We Never Moved Here We have had roaches in our apartment from the very beginning. It has been difficult to get treatment - we constantly have to call maintenance, every single week, to request treatment. They don't just treat until the problem is gone, and there's NEVER follow up from the office to see how our roach issue is. Worst place to stay I have signed a lease for an year and waiting for completing since i cannot terminate if i want to terminate they ask for whole 4 months rent, infested by cockroaches, its actually not carriage park cockroaches park, poor homes, not safe to stay here, and some buildings are with bedbugs, poor management and staff never resolve your problem on time no doubt even if your lease completed they not gonna respond. Worst staff and maintenance Leasing office staff is not responding with rite information. They have hell lot of rules while signing the lease but when you move in apartment is dirty and dont even clean the basic stuff. The only point for staying here is because of the bus facility to downtown. Otherwise it is the worst community to stay
Stay Away Ceiling caved in- management did not respond to emails. Manager yelled at me in front of other customers. Claiming I have never sent my notice to vacate though I have email proof that I did. I have photos of a hole in my ceiling and videos of water leaking but cant post here. They tell different rates for the same units to different people, basically depending on how gullible you are. Overpriced. Poor infastructure. Water Damage Mold Issues. The Carriage Park Apartments are too expensive for the poor infrastructure you are living in. The leasing office is extremely unhelpful and have poor follow-up/communication with tenants. The maintenance crew is quick but not all problems can be resolved. I have had three water damage and mold damage incidents in the 10 months I have lived at Carriage Park. These are unacceptable living standards. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to move into these apartments.
