Verified Renter Apartment is at good location and the maintenance team is good. The leasing management office is not so nice. Expect to receive lot of emails complaining all the time and not taking any responsibility for anything.

Verified Renter Living experience is all based on the neighborhood. If your neighbor smokes in their bathroom, that smoke will spread into your apartment through AC ducts that’s really intolerable. There is no enough support from leasing office for this issue. This is personally experienced scenario.

Verified Renter 400 building lobby is bit dirty, rest everything is on point. Very green and clean society. Easily accessible by public transport like bus. 15min drive to downtown. Gym pool available.

Verified Renter Nice neighborhood and decent amenities. Maintenance does a good job of getting to problems quickly. Appliances, paint and carpet are the cheapest options available so it may look nice and shiny upon 1st inspection but you quickly realize how crappy everything is

Verified Renter Had a worst experience because of smoking . My neighbor used to smoke in his/her bathroom which smoke is spreading to bathroom through duct which is intolerable. Highly disappointed with the way the person who investigated this and handled this issue.

DO NOT LIVE HERE MANAGEMENT WILL FINE EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. Carriage park is doing parking lot repairs. Management sent out an email explaining this. WE CALLED FOR CLARIFICATION ON WHERE TO PARK. Then was told the car was in the clear. The the car was towed and now my family is responsible for a towing fee. Talked to management to clear up the issue. Her response was she was sticking to her guns and we are still stuck with the fine. THIS IS A MANAGEMENT ISSUE.

Verified Renter Everything is good, expect few things, like gym heater was not working from past 2 months n maintenance is taking time... Children play area is full muddy, base surface is not maintained.

Verified Renter Good but can improve the amenities and maintenance. Most of the buildings are aged and have roaches during summer. Also few home does not have dishwasher which make life difficult

Verified Renter It’s not the best but not the worst place to live but if you have no where else to go it’s somewhere to be. Neighbors can be loud and slam doors all night and the workers aren’t the nicest but it’s ok
