They do nothing but rape you of money and we are going to have to put our cat to sleep because they did not act in a timely manner. “Come back in a week” but they can’t get you in for a month unless it’s “emergency” and an extra charge. Eff this place and everyone who works here. I will not take any animal here or refer anyone here either.
After 20 years our family will be leaving this vet. Our dog was bleeding quite a bit from his ear. We believe tick. We’re in Genoa. Anyways I was told to come down at 7pm and it may be a wait. Which I was ok with. Again they offered maybe to call tomorrow for a same day appt. But the way he was acting today I felt he still needed to be seen. So went down at 7. Checked in. As someone who was once a Customer Service Manager at another local veterinary hospital, I feel compelled to say how appalled I was by the lack of communication by the staff at CVVH. All that was needed was someone to keep us informed of how much longer we would be waiting and to reassure us that the lights weren’t going to be shut off with us locked in as it was closing time. COMMUNICATION...... it’s easy really.
I live 45 minutes away and my dog ate a bunch of grapes Wich are poisonous. They tell me to hurry and bring her in and they’d meet me at the back door. I call and they keep me on the phone looking for my appointment and when I say something to the lady I’m told that she just got there 10 minutes ago and doesn’t know what’s going on yet. Another person comes out and looks at my dog and says she’ll be fine and I can wait in the car....is this an emergency or not? This hospital and it's doctors, after trying 3 other hospitals, was the only one that could diagnose and treat successfully my pet's problem. They have several who specialize in different fields and Dr's Talbet and Danielson were the ones who helped me. Will continue to use this hospital.
WHO EVER LIED and opened their filthy skanky mouth telling the vet where I had Harrison cremated that I have a history of suing places and I was suing Comstock! Hmmm I’m going to pull my history to show I sued once over a roll over accident! Now I have sued many for my family business but who I sued has nothing to do with you!
