The staff, Kia in particular, are rude, condescending and they have zero interest in your pet. This hospital is more concerned with money than with the care of clients. They refuse to acknowledge your concerns, I presume because they know more than you. I won’t go back even in an emergency.
We recently used Carson Valley Veterinary hospital for the first time, after leaving another vet hospital. My dog had a senior screen done, along side having a horrible skin condition checked out. The vet called the next day and left a message for me to call to go over the bloodwork. I have called multiple times now, leaving multiple messages on voicemail, and with front desk, and still have yet to receive a call back. Treat the injured dogs, that are entrusted into your care! Don't leave them, in cages, with open wounds, scared and suffering for 3 HOURS!!!

unfortunate to say I was told to put down my cat by a employee over facebook that knows absolutely nothing about my cats condition. Last thing a professional buisness needs is one of their employees calling people selfish and telling them to out their cat down over faceboom about a cat theyve never seen or treated. i would have hoped for more professional experiences from your place of buisness.

Definitely NOT! One of their staff harasses female photographers online, is also openly racially harrassing and tries to disclaim others hard work. Will be gleefully UNrecommending this hospital globally.

No thanks to CARSON TAHOE VETERINARY HOSPITAL I lost my best friend today. We went to the carson river to cool off and something bad started to happen to my dog Buster Douglas. Dr Koster is a lifelong friend and hero to me and my family, furry and not furry.
We will never go here again. My daughters cat was put down January 18. She called today to ask when she was able to go pick up his ashes and they told her that he was already cremated with other animals and everything!!!! Like wtf?! She signed papers to have a private cremation and to receive his ashes. Couldn't even call her either.
