Carter was recommended to me by a colleague that I trusted. I usually shop around and am very careful, but after my first conversation with Carter I was put at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a first time home buyer I knew next to nothing but learned a ton from Carter as he explained to me in detail what my options were every step of the way. He did everything he could to help me and was always available either by phone or text. I am not sure I would have had the same experience anywhere else.
Carter came through once again! We had a couple of refi's that weren't exactly straight forward. Carter and his team pushed through and got us to the finish line. Looking forward to working with them again soon.
Carter and his team go above and beyond for their clients. We have worked with Carter and his team in purchasing one of our homes, with refinancing and he just helped us again with our son purchasing his home. He will get you approved with the lowest rates. He works with your schedule no matter what the situation is and is there with you through the whole loan process. He explains everything to you and answers any questions, always with a great attitude! I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a home or refinance.
I have been working with Carter & his team for years and they are always awesome. They are on top of what needs to get done, communication is excellent, and would recommend them to anyone wanting a great loan team!
What can I say about Carter Short and his team!?!? I just closed on a refi with them and they were absolutely amazing!!! From start to finish, they were caring, supportive and knowledgeable. They were so attentive that I felt as if I was client they were working with. If you are looking for someone that will treat you like family but still be professional, they are the team.
We received professional and helpful service on our 4th home purchase with Carter and his team. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner. Carter was easy to talk to and made sure we understood everything that was presented to us. His team went above and beyond to make buying our home buying was an incredibly easy and straightforward process. Carter and team did an amazing job helping my husband and I complete our new home purchase. We had an especially interesting escrow, with travel requiring one of us to be out of the country for several weeks. Carter and his colleague Grant were phenomenal! As a first time homeowner, Carter made a complicated process much easier to understand. He provided informative responses to all my questions without judgment (I'm sure I've asked the same silly questions dozens of times!) and was extremely supportive.
