It seems a little strange to me to be this appreciative of a fence company, but truly we had such a fantastic experience at every stage of the process with every person we encountered at Cascade Fence. Ours was not a big job for Cascade Fence, so the level of service we got was not just because they were pulling out all the stops to impress a “big client”. This is just how they do business. Very happy with our new fence. Love the look and pleased with the instillation. Gates key lock from both sides that give us added security. Crew was very professional and concerned about pleasing us. Johnathan the crew supervisor was kind and explained things well. Our Salesperson Scott was professional and walked through the project in every detail getting it right. We talked with four fence companies and only Cascade knew how to adequately deal with our sloped and terraced yard.

We worked with Mike to get the project started. He was awesome to work with and gave us some great input to help make final decisions. He was patient and never pressed us. The kind of front man you want when starting an expensive project like a new deck. Louie and Zack were are main two installers and you couldn't have asked for a more dynamic duo to do the job. While a little pricey, the entire outfit from estimate to installation is highly professional. Mike (the estimator) was on time, professional, and quick. Josh, the lead, and Shannon, in the office, made sure that all communications about construction and installation were handled quickly, and accurately. Construction took 3 days only! They removed the old fence which included hacking out a ton of ivy and blackberries, removing 2 sumac trees and a series of lilac bushes, and installed the fence and a new gate. This is a very difficult evaluation to write, since there were both pros and cons to our experience in getting a new deck. When the estimator, Mike, came out, we explained that since this deck was the entry to our home, appearance was very important - that is why we chose clear cedar even though it is very expensive. We also explained that we wanted the deck rebuilt in the same configuration as our old deck. The estimator explained how the fasteners for the decking would be hidden.
