The overall experience was very positive. The crew was very professional, hard-working, and detail oriented. Omar, the project manager, was very good at consulting with us about issues that arose about the design and construction of the fence. Job very well done!

Dustin, Jake and Roger from Cascade Fence and Deck began the process of replacing the deck by the removal of the current deck. A day later the construction began. Cascade's employee's were professional, efficient and ethical. The finished product is beyond our expectations and we couldn't possibly be more pleased. In fact, we have additional deck work that we need to address and Cascade will be the company we hire for the work.

We are very happy with the work from Cascade. We hired them to replace 110' of old cedar fence. They were on schedule and easy to work with. On install day the workers showed up ready to go. I spoke with the lead person and we walked the fence line to look over areas that may need some install finesse. Omar was great and answered all my questions. He and his crew started work, but shortly after, an additional crew showed up. Turns out a job had been cancelled so they got assigned to us. I know not every job will have the ben... read more

This company is A++? They are professional and demand quality every step of the job. Sharon who schedules the work is a wonderful customer service individual and that those same qualities are in every employee. Polite, responsible, dedicated and professional. Their work is impeccable, and from the initial measurement to the final nail, there is complete attention to detail and delivery of a quality product. We will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent - Install team was really a "team" - each of the 3 knew what to do and how to work together in a coordinated fashion. Along the way, they provided updates to us, so we had an idea of project build progress, every step of the way. Amazingly, they finished in one day! Their clean up was just as professional as their installation. They were beaming with pride during the walk around and so they should be. Sure glad I called them!
