I asked for about 5 bids from different companies about a new fence. Cascade Fence was the first to respond. An appointment was set to meet Mike, who talked me through the process, and also walked around my yard to make note of everything that I wanted done. Mike was extremely personable and professional. We wanted a nice looking but maintenance free deck (read that as composite and metal that requires no painting/staining and just a quick hose down for cleaning). The crew was professional and knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer all my questions. Cascade fence stands by their work. A half year later, one of the boards came loose (it was very close to a tree and difficult to nail) Jonathan R replaced the board and even installed rabbit wire for free on the gate. He showed the same attention to detail and courtesy that I have experienced all along from the entire crew. A well run company!

In fact our next door neighbor had Cascade replace their fence and two gates. All representatives of Cascade were both thorough and professional. Shortly after contacting Cascade Fence (Winter 2015), they sent a representative out to assess the damage. And not surprisingly, the recommendation was to replace the damaged section and in total about 200' of fencing. The company provided a few options, explained in detailed the differences and was empathetic to my situation. Once I made a decision, the next critical element was how long was I going to live with a rather precarious fence until replacement. These Five Star ratings for Cascade Fence & Deck are FOR REAL!! Cascade truly lived up to all the glowing reviews I read. The Cascade estimator, Zach, gave me an estimate back in early May and he was right up front about the 6 weeks out on install schedule. I had rushed my initial fence install 20 years ago and really regretted that decision. You want a Company with crews that are kept busy! I called after hours and their voice mail said to leave a message and they would call back the next business day----which they did! They arrived 15 minutes early for the consultation meeting----a pleasant surprise! They arrived every day on schedule and cleaned up every evening (as much as feasible!). On the final day they stayed until almost 7:00 p.m. to avoid having to have me be there the following day. First class service! I would use again----and recommend and endorse!
