Cascade Fence & Deck did a fantastic job throughout our interaction with them. They were very responsive, provided a detailed and thorough inspection, gave us various options in terms of what to repair and how, and worked with us to make the best decisions based on how long we expect to remain in our current house. They did a reasonable job. Looking at the fence now, I am going to say that I certainly couldn?t have done as good as job, but I am not in the trade either. The quality of their workmanship is good, the quality of the product we agreed upon is fair, average. Had we been smarter, we might have gone with a higher quality wood. There is a crew and some members of the crew are stronger than the others. They were absolute professionals at every step. I left a message when I initially called, and my call was returned quickly. Mike was able to visit my house soon after the call, and give me an estimate soon after that. I was shown gate and fence pictures, and received a plan for the work, to approve. Darren and Scott arrived on time to build the gate and fence, and reviewed the plan with me before working. They did a wonderful job. They were excellent, they did such a good job I was very impressed. I wouldn't use anyone but them now.Everything just turned out perfect I wish everybody was like that.
