When I did not hear anything back by Wednesday, 2/17, I called there office to see what was going on with my estimate. They said they would have estimator, Kurt Johansson, call me. No call back but on Thursday, 2/18, I received an email from him saying that they could not install the custom fence we had discussed. If I wanted to pick one of their standard fences, I should contact him. Bottom line, I don't get a fence I want but if I want to pay a couple of thousand for one of their fences, they would consider taking my money... read more
