When I got bids, they were the only ones to consistently follow-up and were nice about it taking us some time to get started on the project. Kirk was wonderful to work with - kept us up to date as to when things would begin, etc. The work was completed in two days with additional work that had to be done (upon removal of our old deck there was some rotting that needed to be fixed - which they included in our original price!)! They were very hard workers and kept our yard clean during the process.

The work they did was great and I was satisfied with it. The crew were responsive and I thought their price was reasonable to others. They worked very efficiently and quickly, they were done within a day of starting the work.

Our experience was great. They were prompt when they said they would be there and cleaned up well after themselves. They did a follow up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. 3 or 4 crew members came out to do the work and it took 2 days to complete the project.

Daily clean up was messy. Workers left tools. Finished behind schedule. Left sharp metal, to be stepped on, everywhere. The fence tops look fast finished at best. Sloppy sloppy work. They will do their absolute best to get out of their 100% satisfaction guarantee.....so best not even try. One year later and we are still finding metal they left in the ground. For a fence the price of a car..im extremely disappointed. Far from 100% satisfied and ill never see that guarantee

Ridiculous Price quote. Buyer beware. I think the salesman thought I was a gullible senior citizen. Didn't know I worked in Verizon Finance for years and knew how to do the math. The quote was more than the square footage of building a new house.
Mike came out and said we need to replace about 13 boards and he would get back with an estimate but after I emailed him said the job was to small.
By the time we got our gate we had a joke that to "cascade" something was to commit and then not show up. Eventually, we got an apology for how horribly our job went, and I should have cancelled our agreement after the third or fourth time that they screwed up. In the end, I learned that I need to end contracts with unprofessional companies as soon as it becomes apparent that they aren't going to do a good job. They had to come out quite a few times to correct some stuff that they did because instead of having the fence straight across and level, they had it angled up and had to bring it down level. Then they had to fix the bottom of the fence where it was at an angle. It was a little expensive and thought it would cover the other side of the fence, but that wasn't a part of the deal. I thought all the fence was going to be repaired but they just did one side of the house and two gates.

They won't do work on a rental property, because apparently "all rental property owners care about is minimal cost". Apparently the fact that a rental property owner might have 14 different decks that might need replacing over the years doesn't factor into their decision making process.
