Everyone who was scheduled to show up did so on time. On one occasion they were unable to make the appointment time, and I received a call from the office letting me know. The installation crew consisted of a team of very nice young men who were personable, courteous, and lovely to work with. I am quite impressed with the appearance of the black chain link fence. Happy with final result. Sturdy and attractive fence. The metal frame installed on the back side gates on the fence was not what I expected but for the most part they are functional.

Refinished deck and added steps all around the deck. Created lift up sections around the hot tub.
They were very professional from the start. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they were there when they said they would be. The actual work was scheduled and carried out very efficiently.And when the job was completed the cleanup was excellent. We have a beautiful cedar railing. We highly recommend Cascade Fence and Deck if you need a job well done.

Bids for this project fell into two categories: surprisingly cheap and more than desired. Cascade fell into the latter category as we weren't confident about the quality of the job from the former. The driving force for replacing our deck was that a previous owner did the deck as a DIY job without flashing and there was concerning peeling in the siding that abutted the deck.
