They were very professional from the start. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they were there when they said they would be. The actual work was scheduled and carried out very efficiently.And when the job was completed the cleanup was excellent. We have a beautiful cedar railing. We highly recommend Cascade Fence and Deck if you need a job well done.

We are very happy with our new fence and gate. Everything went better than expected, the quality and workmanship were excellent and the job was completed in one day. I would definitely call Cascade again with any future needs and would highly recommend them to others.

Bids for this project fell into two categories: surprisingly cheap and more than desired. Cascade fell into the latter category as we weren't confident about the quality of the job from the former. The driving force for replacing our deck was that a previous owner did the deck as a DIY job without flashing and there was concerning peeling in the siding that abutted the deck. The crew of 5 arrived promptly at 8:00 am, worked steadily until 2:00 pm and left us with a nice new "good-neighbor" fence. They cleaned up all of the debris they created as well as removing the old fencing. We were happy that Steve (who did the estimate) agreed that the old posts were in good condition and could be re-used. The estimate was arranged and the installation completed quickly, in about 3 weeks from the first phone call to the finished job (possibly because it was a little early in the season).

Cascade was very responsive, gave us accurate estimates, finished on-time and the work was excellent. In our first project we had them build us a custom wood/metal gate into our backyard. We designed the gate and they did a tremendous job of building and installing it…it’s beautiful! Over the two projects we had them replace our entire cedar fence. It went great. The team showed up when they said they would & the project was completed timely. One thing I particularly appreciated was that they worked with the space to create the greatest view from the downstairs door as the deck was a 2nd story deck.
