She made life so easy and everything went so smoothly. Her rate was extremely competitive and there was no pressure at all. Her follow up and follow through was great. Even the closing agents were very helpful. Great experience.

I just closed on my first home and Cathy was super helpful making sure that the process went smoothly and that I understood every step of the process. She was patient, knowledgeable and always available if I had any questions (so was her team). She not only got me the best interest rate possible but also held the rate lock for us because of timing (attorneys, and sellers both on vacation!).

Cathy was very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always followed up. I had first time home loan processed by Cathy. The process was tedious at the beginning but at the end Cathy brought smile on our face. Cathy’s accessibility and customer service was simply superb. Highly recommend Cathy for new loans or refinances. I am looking forward to working with Cathy very soon and will definitely recommend other's to Cathy as well.

Cathy and her team were all wonderful. Getting a mortgage and closing on a house can be a very nerve wracking process. Cathy was always helpful, always easy to speak to, always ready to answer even the most basic questions. Several times she called me back after hours - we can't sing her praises highly enough!

I have refinanced three times with cathy haddad, greatly appreciated what you have done for us. Each refinance we all went with no cost 30 years fixed, which greatly reduced our monthly payment, helped us paid down the principal. The most important when working with Cathy haddad is what we saw or told is what we got, she did what she said. In the next two refinance i just gave her a call, and electronic signature that made the work much simpler. Thanks!
