Applied for pre-approval and pre-qual letters with her office; obtained loan to purchase home. Staff was very responsive and completed process in timely manner. Seller had relatively short deadline for loan committment and closing; Cathy H. and staff were able to meet deadline and response to seller's inquiries.

Cathy responded immediately to my request and was extremely helpful. What impresseed me the most is that Cathy pushed our application through so fast. I had heard horror stories of mortgage refinance deals taking up to 6 months to close. It was about 3 weeks from our first contact until we closed! And everything went so smoothly.
