Cathy and the Atlantic team were very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always followed up. As a result of a corporate relocation, I had to find a home and arrange a mortgage in a very short time frame. I basically had around 30 days to get everything in order and be ready to close. No conventional bank could even come close but Cathy didn't even bat an eye. Cathy was able to work with every obstacle we put before her to get our jumbo loan closed. She made it possible for me to have my dream home at an amazing rate!! And in the end it was Cathy waiting on us - not the other way around as in my past mortgage experience. Answers the phone day and night. I would only recommend her for your mortgage needs!!

Cathy made a very stressful first time home buying experience seamless. She and her staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. They were able to meet our quick closing deadline - from contract to the closing table in 27 days. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!!! She is the best!

When I was shopping for my mortgage, other lenders were very slow in moving forward with my documents. I approached Cathy through my realtor and send all the documents. My loan was closed in 2 and half weeks with the best rate for a 30 Year Fixed Mortgage. I have also referred my friends who got their approval through Cathy. She is fast, diligent and customer focused when processing your documents. I would highly recommend her for first home buyers and home refinance.
