A terrific selection of boots, jeans, shirts, dresses and everything else to get you set to kick up your heels and get your yeehaw on! "Kim" helped me out in the ladies section! She was absolutely amazing and a joy to have meet and helped me pick out some amazing boots... hat... shirts... the whole nine yards... she was insanely attentive! Not only to me but to all the other customers around her too... i will 1,000,000 % sat that this lil lady needs to be employee of the month and a raise lol seriously..! I will recommend all my folks to come here and ask for Kim! Thank you!

Customer service for picking out boots was pretty good as they very attentive to my size needs and pointed out where to find the boots I needed. Customer service as I was checking out and looking throughout the rest of the store was pretty piss poor. Not even an excuse me or smile when checking out of the store. Check out clerks need to learn some manners!!

This Cavender's stuck out when shopping out the outlets today because of the exceptional service. Every single person in that store greeted me and they were all so helpful, you don't get that very often in retail anymore. Thank you Cavender's!

I was in the area for a business and of course can't leave Texas without purchasing some cowboy hats for the family! Called them first and a gentleman was very nice and thorough to explain to me what they have to offer. Came in the store and everyone greeted me with a smile and offered assistance. They have great selection of hats and boots and different price range and was patient to help me find the right size for my family. Thank you for the warm welcome and great customer service!

I went in to get our 1 year old a pair of boots. They have the kid's section off to the back left corner as you walk in. I had Amanda helping me find the right color/size boot I was looking for. I was able to walk in, locate the perfect pair of boots for our son and walk out happy in less than 15 minutes. That's the kind of shopping experience I love... easy, to the point and quickly leaving out of the store completely satisfied with my purchase. Cavender's has a great selection of boots for both women and men. They also carry an array of clothes. The only thing is I wouldn't go here if you are looking for a discount, this location is not an outlet boot store. It is just a regular cavender with regular prices on the boots. Although Cavender's does have fairly priced boots, it is not an outlet.

Went here today to browse and had heard about the place, but never been in. (New to Texas as of six weeks ago!) Great selection - went in sort of thinking about a straw hat to create some shade and found one that fit wonderfully. Wife and daughter were browsing boots - I know I'll be back - great staff and look forward to doing business with them again.

Thank YOU Miss Sandra! I found the perfect boots and Hat, firsts for both. I learned about the differences in quality, style and design. Proud to be heading back home to Philadelphia PA with my first Stetson Hat and Justin Boots.
