I have worked with Joe Salem on two real estate transactions. A re-finance and most recently to purchase my home in Catonsville, MD. Although this was my second home purchase, it was my first purchase with sellers that did not use a real estate agent. Joe was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. Both my wife and I own our own companies. Makes for a very complex analysis of assets when looking at mortgage options. Joe worked with us to get through all the red tape and find us the lowest rate possible. We chose a house over the water in Baltimore. Fema does not cover this type of home for flood insurance but an alternative was available and was even better. Joe Salem is a miracle worker. He navigates through unexpected complications in settlements and is a real problem solver. He kept me informed every step of the way and found for me the most incredible financing package. Joe goes above and beyond. Not only would I recommend Joe, I have recommended him over and over and have only received positive feedback from people! I will never use any one else to help me with financing

When starting out, Mr Salem came to the house and went over all the details. When I hit a snag he would always come up with an alternative. He checked so many banks and their interest rate and acquired an affordable loan for my family. Trust me when I say don't apply for a loan without him.Few in the business like Joe Salem!
