Joe was amazing. He was there every step of the way and looked out for me as his client. Joe understood my situation and transition .... he provided options, suggestions and pros/cons in order for me to make the decisions. I would highly recommend and will absolutely work with Joe going forward!
My husband and I really enjoyed working with Joe. The best thing about Joe is he takes his time with you and will answer all of your questions. We were first time home buyers so there was a lot of things we did not know about and he spent much time with us explaining and working through to get the best options for us. He is available all the time and truly puts his clients first. I would highly recommend working with Joe!

Joe was wonderful. The whole process was as smooth as can be thanks to him. He responded with in the hour with any question that we had, no matter the time of day or if it was a weekend. Our closing went much faster and more smoothly than we ever expected. We closed about two weeks earlier than our time frame. He laid out all our options and went over pros and con's of all of them to help us make the best choice for us and put in a lot of work to make sure everything was done on time.
I've been meaning to post this review since since December to let you know about my awesome experience working with Joe Salem. He worked with me to get my home refinanced. I met Kathleen through a friend and I'm glad I did! Being a first time home buyer, the home buying process was very frustrating and new to me. Kathleen was so patient with me and helpful, making sure I understood everything before signing off on any paperwork. She was so good that I referred her to a friend and my friend ended up using her as well! And a few months after settlement she has always been there to answer any questions I have. Great Job!!! Would definitely recommend and use again.
I had issues with several other loan officers in the past but Kathleen is by far the most knowledgable I have dealt with. Not only was she responsive but she helped my family get into the home on short notice. Highly recommend her for her expertise, kindness, and ability to be responsive!
